For free, its okay. It should be able to randomly pick a contact, rather than have one set. Even then, it should use contact photos for contacts. Ringtones are absolutely terrible. Either you get a realistic one, or you allow the users to use their own songs as a ringtone. The illusion of reality suffers because of the ringtones. Otherwise, a decent app...
